Part 1 of a series of messages on the book of Malachi
By Apostle Dr. Yenan Silen-Perez

A prophetic word for the leaders of the church those established in the five fold offices. On January 14 of the year 2008, the Lord spoke to me, the Lord said: The veil was torn. The veil needs to be remove. I will remove the veil and uncover the truth of God’s people. The people of God, my children are my loved ones. I love them, I am caring for them. I am leading them towards me. That is to turn the heart of the children towards His father. You must teach about Malachi.

Malachi 1
1 An oracle: The word of the LORD to Israel through Malachi.
2 "I have loved you," says the LORD.
"But you ask, 'How have you loved us?'
"Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" the LORD says. "Yet I have loved Jacob, 3 but Esau I have hated, and I have turned his mountains into a wasteland and left his inheritance to the desert jackals."
4 Edom may say, "Though we have been crushed, we will rebuild the ruins."
But this is what the LORD Almighty says: "They may build, but I will demolish. They will be called the Wicked Land, a people always under the wrath of the LORD. 5 You will see it with your own eyes and say, 'Great is the LORD -even beyond the borders of Israel!'
6 "A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me?" says the LORD Almighty. "It is you, O priests, who show contempt for my name.
"But you ask, 'How have we shown contempt for your name?'
7 "You place defiled food on my altar.
"But you ask, 'How have we defiled you?'
"By saying that the LORD's table is contemptible. 8 When you bring blind animals for sacrifice, is that not wrong? When you sacrifice crippled or diseased animals, is that not wrong? Try offering them to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you?" says the LORD Almighty.
9 "Now implore God to be gracious to us. With such offerings from your hands, will he accept you?"-says the LORD Almighty.
10 "Oh, that one of you would shut the temple doors, so that you would not light useless fires on my altar! I am not pleased with you," says the LORD Almighty, "and I will accept no offering from your hands. 11 My name will be great among the nations, from the rising to the setting of the sun. In every place incense and pure offerings will be brought to my name, because my name will be great among the nations," says the LORD Almighty.
12 "But you profane it by saying of the Lord's table, 'It is defiled,' and of its food, 'It is contemptible.' 13 And you say, 'What a burden!' and you sniff at it contemptuously," says the LORD Almighty.
"When you bring injured, crippled or diseased animals and offer them as sacrifices, should I accept them from your hands?" says the LORD. 14 "Cursed is the cheat who has an acceptable male in his flock and vows to give it, but then sacrifices a blemished animal to the Lord. For I am a great king," says the LORD Almighty, "and my name is to be feared among the nations.

Footnotes:
a. Malachi 1:1 Malachi means my messenger .

The Lord wants you to know:

Jacob Loved, Esau Hated
2 "I have loved you," says the LORD.
"But you ask, 'How have you loved us?'
"Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" the LORD says. "Yet I have loved Jacob,

The Lord has chosen you to serve him because He loves you! Maybe for the world you were not the one that was placed to walk with the blessing of the Lord, but the Lord because He loved you He choose you to serve Him.

Mal. 1:6 "A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me?" says the LORD Almighty.

The Lord asks, where is the honor and respect due me? Are you recognizing, who is God in your life? Are you relating to God and to His ministry with an attitude of Honor and Respect towards Him? However, the Lord says you have shown contempt for my name.

"It is you, O priests, who show contempt for my name.
"But you ask, 'How have we shown contempt for your name?'

It is very important that we understand that the message of Malachi was not for the common people, his message was for the priests of the temple. The ones that were to bring sacrifices to the Lord’s altar. Today, this word is speaking to anyone that shares the word of God. Anyone that goes in the name of the Lord to share a message with the people of God. This series of messages will show that Malachi has been used to manipulate God’s people to rob from God. Who are the ones that are robbing God? The same leaders that are administrating His altar. Malachi’s teaching on tithing is wrong. If leaders continue doing wrong they will be cursed and removed from their offices.

Mal. 1: 7 Ye are bringing nigh on Mine altar polluted bread, And ye have said: `In what have we polluted Thee?' In your saying: `The table of Jehovah -- it [is] despicable,'

You defile the Lord’s altar when you pollute his bread.

Bread is a symbol of the body of Christ which is the Word. Every time that ministers share a message that have been corrupted to accommodate the desires of their hearts and their selfish ambitions, those ministers are polluting the word of God. You show contempt towards God when you adulterate his word.

Mal. 1: 8And when ye bring nigh the blind for sacrifice, `There is no evil,' And when ye bring nigh the lame and sick, `There is no evil;' Bring it near, I pray thee, to thy governor -- Doth he accept thee? or doth he lift up thy face? Said Jehovah of Hosts.

When you offer in the altar of the Lord blind, lame and sick sacrifices it is evil. To offer a blind message is the same to leading people to death.

Proverbs 29:18 (Amplified Bible)
Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish; but he who keeps the law [of God, which includes that of man]--blessed (happy, fortunate, and enviable) is he.

To offer blind sacrifices is to offer a message that is empty that offers no direction to the people of God thus is a false revelation. When you do this you are defiling the Lord’s altar.

To offer sick animals is the same to offer a message that is not from God’s wisdom, a message that does not edify neither brings life to God’s people. A message that has no value or substance for God’s people to grow and develop into the stature of Christ.

Hosea 4:6 (Amplified Bible)
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you [the priestly nation] have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you that you shall be no priest to Me; seeing you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.

Mal. 1:9 "Now implore God to be gracious to us. With such offerings from your hands, will he accept you?"-says the LORD Almighty.
10 "Oh, that one of you would shut the temple doors, so that you would not light useless fires on my altar! I am not pleased with you," says the LORD Almighty, "and I will accept no offering from your hands.

I am coming to you ministers of God to inform you that the Lord will not accept your sacrifices neither your offerings, which He knows very well are pure hypocrisy a product of your unrepented hearts.

How dare you ministers of God, go to God’s holy altar in His Holy name to share useless fires. Useless fire is every time you try to pretend that the presence of God is in you or with you. Every time that you bring a word that does not comes from God. Every time that you speak in tongues and pretend that God is speaking through you. DO YOU FEAR THE LORD? DO YOU HONOR HIS ALL POWERFUL AND MIGHTY NAME?

Useless fire is every time your tongue is directed by your flesh and your selfish ambitions.

Acts 2:3-4 (Young's Literal Translation)
and there appeared to them divided tongues, as it were of fire; it sat also upon each one of them,
and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, according as the Spirit was giving them to declare.

James 3:6-17 (Today's New International Version)
6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of one's life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.
7 All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by human beings, 8 but no one can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.
9 With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God's likeness. 10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. 11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12 My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Two Kinds of Wisdom
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. 14 But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15 Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, and demonic. 16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

You may be fooling many little ones, but you are not fooling God. There is still time for you to repent from your ways and return to God.

Matthew 18:6 (Amplified Bible)
6But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in and acknowledge and cleave to Me to stumble and sin [that is, who entices him or hinders him in right conduct or thought], it would be better (more expedient and profitable or advantageous) for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be sunk in the depth of the sea.
